”Overall the hotel was decent however I had lil kids running around on the fourth floor over my head and was next to the stairs where the door slammed all day and night! Didn't get any sleep! They need to consider putting SOFT CLOSE on their doors because that was VERY annoying plus I ordered a King bed but it wasn't honored”

”There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen.
