"The staff were amazing and super accommodating! The property is older but well-maintained. The continental breakfast was great too. We would stay again if we go to Cranbrook in the future. Good value for the price."

"The staff are polite, kind and courteous but that is unfortunately the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The hotel and it's rooms are very outdated and tired looking. "Didn't play golf but course looked beautiful. I had a one night stay as a stop over for long drive to Alberta. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and steam room. TV in room had issues streaming. It kept buffering. Enjoyed the in room coffee."
