”This home was first of all, beautifully done. It provided a relaxing environment with endless views of lush green rolling hills that have cattle and horses loving it. It was extremely comfortable and quiet, had everything we needed. We found it well stocked. We had coffee on the covered porch each morning and sat out til after dark each evening. We hated to leave and can’t wait to return. The hosts were very sweet and stayed available to us should we have needed anything more. Great water...

”Beautiful home with well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.1. Seal on main shower was missing causing lots of water to flow out onto floor.2. Run down neighborhood.3. Very limited parking.4. Grass and weeds tall in back yard making a terrible view from the patio.5. 13 day stay with only 2 trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper.6. Request to "hand wash" used dishes before check-out and not put in dishwasher.”

”First in the weeks leading up to my stay it took the host days to respond to messages, including the day I was traveling. The Vrbo emails stated it’s quicker to contact the property manager. In this case one in the same. I was driving from another state and if I hadn’t stopped driving and checked my email I would not have known the access code to enter the house until I got there at 1 am. I repeatedly asked them in the days prior what the check in process was w/no response until I was 2 hours...
