”We were charged $125.00 deposit for amenities and refunded $100.00 with no explanation. No response to date to my inquiry as to why. Pool was out of order and the building was being painted. All in all, not the time away we were seeking or deserved.”

”The staff at the front desk was friendly. The room needed a lot of work. There was no smoke detector. There was a huge hole in the wall. The water pressure in the sink was minimal. The sheets on the bed were paper thin. There is no elevator.”

”They didn’t have my reservation and I to pay a second time. And the property was awful it was disgusting I stayed 2 hours and went to a different hotel.”

”Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and updated vicinity. Nice assortment of foods and drinks to pick from. The exercise room equipment was all working and felt safe to use. The laundry room was free and well kept! The room was spacious, well cared for for, nicely decorated and super comfortable.”

”All was great”

”First, the room I reserved was not what I expected. Floor was not sweeped. You can hear and see dirt on the floor. Also hair. You could see urine down the front of the toilet all the way to the floor. I checked the beds and sheets have stains, so I pulled back the blankets and sheets and the mattress pads and mattress itself was fully stained with who knows what. Most of it looked like old blood stains. Told the staff and offered a 2nd room. In short, both rooms were the same in every aspect....

”This room is designed as all hotel rooms should be. A shelf and hooks by the door. A rack for bags instead of a TV on a dresser. The only design flaw is that the faucet is too short causing water on the counter when washing one's hands. Breakfast was complete and had a pancake maker that I've never seen before. Overall a great stay.”

”Check in was ok. It’s amazing to me that this hotel was clean but icky and they wanted so much info like someone might steal something. Hahaha believe me I don’t want anything from this hotel. This was a last min decision. We’ve never been asked to prove who we are (everyone’s id, yes everyone, plate numbers, credit card, cameras right in your face) I asked her if it was a 5 star hotel and if anyone actually steals things. I laughed she laughed along with me. I get the security and I’ve stayed...

”Breakfast was handled very well. Server kept items filled and was very pleasant.”

”Room was great. Everywhere seemed well cleaned and in order. Couple issues we had were 1. At 3pm check in, our room wasn’t ready for us until about 3:30, which was somewhat inconvenient to just have to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes and 2. during breakfast, I got a bowl of cereal and grabbed 2 cartons of milk to use. I poured one carton on my cereal and took a drink of the second one, just to find out they were rotten and chunky. I went down to the front desk to ask if they had any other...

”I’m not picky on my rooms. It has to be extremely bad for me to write a bad review or get upset. Check in was easy room was fine. It did overwhelming smell like cleaner. Beds I wished had 2 more pillows. Overall it was a fine stay we didn’t stay in the room except to sleep. Didn’t use the pool but saw kids in it when we arrived. If coming in summer be known air takes a while to get the room cool. If in the area I would stay again.”

”The room was good and clean and the service people were very friendly and helpful. The only issue had to do with late night noise from some of the folks staying there and the issue of street racing at night which is not under your control but often made it hard to stay asleep. Your location otherwise was great and very convenient to visit the surrounding areas. Thanks”
