”Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! I highly recommend it if you are visiting bath, it is right in the center of everywhere you need to be. And also it is right next door to the thermal bath spa. My only complaint is when we booked it it said we had use of the amenities of the hydrotherapy within the hotel. Getting close to our booking date we received information about it letting us know when we were allowed to attend. We were restricted from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to...

”Reception team were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Have to say that the room was a disappointment. I paid for a Superior Room (251)! but it felt very tired and dated. There was damp on the external walls and the paint on the window cills were all chipped and blown from the moisture. It didn’t feel Superior at all. ”

"A really nice hotel in the heart of Bristol. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didn’t bother us! If we’re coming back to Bristol for a weekend getaway we will definitely come back! "
