”Our room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night so I only saw 1 employee. Overall, decent stay for the night. Everything worked as expected. ”

”Rte 6 can be an issue when making a left into the parking lot of the hotel depending on time of day. Be careful. Room was clean, lighting could be better. No table lamps just ceiling lights with led. A little bright. Water pressure and temp was great. Bed was comfortable. Could have used another blanket and maybe 2 more towels for 2 adults for 2 nights. All in all I would recommend due to cleanliness and the gentleman who helped us at check in was great. ”

”Visited mother-in-law in March. Got a terrific deal on four nights due to offseason. Arrival was a smooth process. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Recommend and will stay, again.”

”The front dest staff was nice and accommodating. The room was overall clean but it had an infestation of sugar ants. I know it’s the time of year for them but they were everywhere! We only stayed one night. I only found a few the night before so I didn’t complain. The next morning they were on every surface, the wall, shower, etc. We left early. ”

”The room had no closet or anywhere to hang a coat. No hooks by the door or anything. The shower nozzle was loose and we couldn't get the rain shower to work. However, we loved the tub with jets, and the location was nice.”

”There is nothing in any of the hotels rules/restrictions or fees section that says a $100 deposit is required at time of check in for incidentals. If this was the case it should’ve been posted. I was not allowed to stay the night because I did not have a card on me with the funds ”

”Plenty of parking. The room was okay. Clean and modern but really empty, kind of felt like a hospital room… I was charged $100; not $50 for a damage deposit, and never received it back despite leaving the room with no damages. ”

”Had a room looking directly onto the water. There were a family of bunnies outside our room. Felt like a Disney movie”

”It was not good. There is no option, bagels are old, muffins are old and stail, I can tell as Bengal store owner. Waffle mix was out of supply, and very limited options. I know you guys can do better than this.”

”my flight was delayed didnt get there to 6am no sleep and was told i was a no show because i booked with expedia i lost my money”
