Kaupunki loma
Olimme ilmoittaneet saapuvamme hotelliin illalla klo 18 jälkeen . Huoneessa oli jätetty ikkunat auki eikä lämmitys tominut joten voi uskoa että kylmä oli . Lisäpatteri saatiin ja huone lämpeni hiljalleen . Seuraavana päivänä kun lähdettiin aamulla Lontooseen ja tultiin illalla takas hotellille oli huone kylmä kun patteri oli otettu irti pistokkeesta ja taas oli kylmä . Kun palasin Suomeen saikin loppu loman sairastaa . Aamiainen oli hyvä . Huoneen siisteys ei ollut mitenkään erikoisen hyvin tehty . Meitä oli kaksi siellä yötä ja huoneeseen oli tuotu vain 1 kylpytakki joka oli hävinnyt huoneesta ensimmäisen yön jälkeen ja uutta ei tuotu . Hotellin hinta ja laatu eivät kohdanneet .

Booked a premium room, it was tiny, average at best and just because you have a mufty smelling dressing gown in the wardrobe and a coffee machine with 2 pods one of which was decaf doesn’t tick my box’s, water is £3:50 and staff not refined and trained

we had an easy check in although it was a trek to the room up to the 5th floor then walk along to another wing and take the floor to another level although it was definately worth it once we arrived in the room. the facilities in the room were lovely couldnt fault them, we were exhausted 1.30am when we checked in. Breakfast was good maybe 7 out of 10 - buffetts are always dificult and it was getting on to the end of service so not much Fresh food being brought out. i coffee machine was out of order, not many clean or clear tables. but not so bad we wouldnt go again. the night staff and day staff on reception were very helpful.

Nice hotel inside
Nice inside, most staff very friendly. One guy on reception wasn't interested in doing any work and met him first on entry, worst first impression, curly haired chap, avoid him. Clean room. Busy with airport crew. Have to pay extra for parking £12 per night. Nice buffet at a good price of £19.95 Breakfast reasonable but very busy with airline staff.

Go somewhere else.
All night there were really loud noises that were very loud and would wake you up. We had to leave early in the morning so I had put my room service tag out so breakfast could be available for the kids while we got ready. It was never collected so we had no breakfast. When we called the front desk to complain they were really dismissive.

Good location to Gatwick. 15min bus ride. The property is quite dated. The rooms are huge which was great. My daughter was sick and the staff were very understanding

Excellent and friendly staff.
The hotel is having some renovations, so quite a long walk to get to out room. There were traces of the builders on the carpet and stairs near the room. Otherwise comfortable room, very good breakfast and excellent staff.

Excellent hotel only thing that let it down was room 250 window broke had traffic noise all night but will stay again excellent staff food and service couldn’t fault it would recommend this hotel to stay in

A pleasant stay overall
I stayed in the club room which was everything I expected except the air conditioner did not work as intended! It appeared to turned off by itself a few seconds after I thought I had it turned on high! It was unfortunate because the weather was quite warm and had occasional strong sunshine into the room despite it rained at points. I had to resort to opening one of the windows. The other one appeared to be broken which in a sense, I could not manage to open it.

Nice hotel but a bit far from Gatwick which is less than ideal as you are relying on a cab to actually turn up, ours was 25mins late. Just bear this in mind, there is no bus

Nice hotel.
Lovely hotel, really enjoyed the breakfast. The beds were really comfortable and the room was spacious for a family of three. Slight issue with the shower, it worked fine but seemed to leak from the bathroom into the main room. Luckily the area was tiled, so it could be wiped up easily. Would stay here again.
