Tule tutustumaan siihen, mitä Etelä-Illinoisilla on tarjota seuraavalle perhelomallesi! "YARDHOUSE at the Lake" on kaikki! 4 makuuhuonetta, joissa 4 queen-vuodetta (tulossa marraskuussa 2019) ja 2 kylpyhuonetta (sängyt ovat uusia marraskuussa 2019), hienoja huoneita, joissa suurella kannella on näkymä pihalle ja lahden ranta rannalla. Telakointiasema sähköllä, NIce-järvinäköala, paloaukko, WiFi, ulkogrilli, autotalli, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, taulutelevisio / DVD-soitin, suora TV, mukaan lukien urheilupaketti, täysin varusteltu (tuo vain ruoka ja kylpytuotteet), kaikki uudet huonekalut tulevat Marraskuu 2019 ja kyllä vaaleanpunainen matto poistetaan ja korvataan laatalla !!!!.

Internet on mukana, ja se on 6 Mbit / s alas ja 1 Mbit / s ylös.

Kysy vuokra-altaan veneestämme, joka on saatavissa, ja vuokraamme myös kadun varrella sijaitsevia koteja kävelyetäisyydellä. Molemmat muut kodit nukkuvat 8.

Communication with host was excellent as we had reschedule and things went smoothly! The house is an excellent stay for a fishing trip. The kitchen is downstairs so be prepared to use the stairs a lot. The dock worked very well for my 20’ fishing boat and even had electric. Kitchen had essentials to survive not thrive. Cleanliness of the house and property could have been better. There was cheese stick wrappers in the bedroom, dog hair everywhere, and handprints on both sliding doors and walls. I believe the cleaning company could do a better job. The back ground patio was covered in leaves from last fall and had dog poop in the yard. Overall a great location and property for a guys fishing trip.

Great location and space. The showers were great! The towels were old and in poor condition, several kitchen drawers needed cleaning, the back patio was covered in leaves, and several pieces of furniture were broken.

The home served our needs for sleeping accommodations. The home was clean but didn’t look ready for renters (drywall mud patches and broken toilet paper holder, no soap in one of the restrooms). We noticed several of the pub chairs were broken/ missing pieces at the bottom and the back deck didn’t look safe in some areas. Morning to be picky, just giving some feedback. :) Thanks so much for being flexible with check in. We appreciate your willingness to leave the key.

Perfect place for my buddy and I to get away for a bit and do some fishing. Place had all the basic essentials- and check in was a breeze. Nice, quiet location- plenty of parking room for my truck and boat trailer, quick access to the nearby boat ramps, and a convenient dock to tie up to.

Not typically a review leaver unless theres reason. And i think this house calls for it. Firts the pros- location, price, super friendly property manager, gentle slope from the driveway to the dock, the house was relatively clean.Now the cons- first and foremost the DECK- DO NOT GO ON THE DECK! Ill try and include some pictures of the deck, there was a spot in the middle that sagged a good 5 inches than the rest if the deck. The boards are so splintered and coming up its just a death trap. I cant believe the owners leave it the way it is. Luckily because of the next con we never had a use for the deck any ways. The layout of the house is definitely different. Kitchen and master bedroom and a dinning room are on the basment level with a walkout. The stairs going down to the basement are very narrow and steep.There are no drapes in the place. So hopefully you like getting up with the sun rise. Even the bathroom upstairs lacked a proper drape for it being a bathroom with a clear shot out the window.The beds are absolutely terrible. And the beds are on rollers on a hard floor so it moves all around. There was 3 coffee makers. 2 had moldy brown water in the reservoir. Luckily the 3rd looked brand new. I assume abother person staying there brought it becsuse they wouldnt use those other nasty ones.The kitchen was minimally stocked. We had to get very creative to make a meal chickan kabobs. Overall we would not stay here again.

This home has been newly renovated and was very clean. The lake is great and fishing was good. We were very surprised to find that the 2 bedrooms upstairs did not contain the queen beds as noted on VRBO. They were only full size. To verify I was not mistaken I even checked the size of the sheets, they were full size and fit perfectly. With the stairs being somewhat narrow, it might be noteworthy to add to the property description that the kitchen is downstairs. The area was very peaceful.

Perfect place to stay on the lake

We have stayed at this property multiple times now. Every time, we enjoy! It’s clean, comfortable and relaxing! Both the owner and the property manager are awesome to work with! Would totally recommend!!

Get together with Buddies

Four of us got together to watch the National Championship. The location was central to all of us. The house was clean and comfortable. Not too far from a dollar store and then a short drive to Marion if you want restaurants and shopping. Too cold for the lake but nice view and would probably be a great summer stay.

Needs a lot of maintenance

The property was clean, and check in was really easy. Location is nice. But it is definitly in the poorest shape of any VRBO I've stayed in. Two of the bedroom doors don't shut. Dishwasher is not mounted and comes out when you try to open the door.The corner cabinet in the kitchen has a broken door and has for months according to reviews.The tub spigot downstairs isn't mounted in the wall and pulls out when you turn the shower on.The light switch in the downstairs bathroom failed when we were here. Not the light and not the breaker.The deck is sagging and boards are popping up. Nails are sticking up. Not safe to use.Chairs at the upstairs table are missing bottom rungs and are wobbly. Didn't feel safe using two of the four.One of the basement bedrooms lacks a suitable fire escape. Just a small window too high to escape from.The steps are way too steep to be anywhere near code.Overall the finish of the place is pretty rough. Nothing was something that I felt warranted a call over the holiday for immediate repair. Just not what I have come to expect from a VRBO.

The house was clean and looked like the pictures. There were 3 of us and we didn’t spend much time inside the house, but we all slept comfortably. It took us a little bit to get used to the kitchen being downstairs
