”My sister and I had a great time staying in the cozy cabin. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch listening to the trees sway and the geese honking. We had our evening cocktails by the fire pit, looking at the stars and listening to the cicada or crickets. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. This place had everything that we needed to use as a base camp as we explored the thrift shops in Carbondale, the antique stores in Carterville, and hiking at Giant City State Park. ”

”This was an amazing property and such a perfect location for our wedding. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay as well as the months leading up to the wedding. ”View from the cabin was indeed exquisite!! A very comfy quiet and private cabin for us and our baby. Well equipped and cozy rooms, kitchen, bathrooms. Fabulous hot tub! 15 minutes to Giant City State Park. We recommend Giant City Nature Trail & Rocky Bluff Trail easy and beautiful. ”
