”We checked in at about 6:30pm on a Thursday evening, the front desk check in lady was not thrilled to be there at all and didn't smile, say hi, or anything friendly. Seems like she should probably not be working in hospitality.
The lobby restrooms are in a hallway, there were rolls of carpet in the same hallway making it hard to even open the doors to the restrooms. This is very concerning for anyone traveling with a stroller, wheelchair, walker, cane, many bags. I could barely get in the door...
