Room was clean & spacious. Shower head needs descaling or replacing as only 2/3 of the holes were patent. Shower tray very slippery, no non-slip mat provided. Tea tray was basic. Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa
The few little problems we had were resolved immediately by the reception staff. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Escapade Silverstone
Everything was great. The staff were brilliant. I didn’t manage to catch the guys name, but he went above and beyond for us. The only thing that we had a little issue with, and it doesn't take away from a great stay, is that the tellies in the room would lose signal, freeze and jump around.
