”Booked hotel to use the hot tub after a day of mountain climbing. Informed at check in that hot tub wasn’t working so I could not stay., booked another motel with a functional hottub instead. Notified hotel staff and expedia right way. However neither is able to help issue a refund.”

”Very quiet and peaceful setting, and loved the space within the roundhouse. I knew the bathroom was located in the main house, and that worked out fine. The outdoor kitchen was not well set up - no plates, bowls, etc. Had to contact Krystal, who brought some over to me (thanks!). The refrigerator could use a good clean. Otherwise a good stay.”
