”Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in...

”I booked this property for a last minute stay which meant the booking platforms were not able to confirm everything immediately with the host. It would probably be best to book at least two nights in advance due to this. The host was understanding however, and we managed to sort things after contacting the booking platform’s customer line. Other than that, the property itself was lovely and exactly as advertised; it’s a home away from home, perfect for a family or group vacation. There are two...

”The property is very centrally located and an easy walk to the centre of town. Plenty of restaurants etc nearby and a Tesco round the corner. Beds were comfortable and I liked that one room had twin beds. Communication with the team was very good. Please note that parking is not included (I had thought a permit might be provided during our stay but check in details received the day before advised us to use a car park nearby). Car park at the end of the street charged us £10 per day, so not a...

”I wish to warn others regarding this property. We booked for 1 night. Had initial message to confirm that they would send check in details closer to the time of check in but was never sent anything. They then did not respond to any requests for information regarding check in. We were unable to get access to the property when we arrived, luckily Expedia arranged alternative accommodation but it ruined our plans for the evening! Disgusting behaviour by the host. Also, the area that the house is in...
