”The receptionists haven’t been trained to do their job. Clearly this hotel is geared towards locals and foreign customers are not welcome. I would not stay here again, because of poor customer service. There are plenty of other choices in the area, so do skip this place.
Hotel manager also has an attitude problem and it reflects on the staff.”

”This was a clean, comfortable space in the perfect location. It was walkable to campus, downtown, and nearby to my favorite cafes, bookstores, and shops. I was able to cook in the kitchenette and relax in a way that was more homey than a hotel, and didn't need a car to get around. The Ann Arbor Fall Festival was steps away. Touring the Big House was a highlight of our weekend!”

”Great place to stay with a super nice staff. The room was well appointed and housekeeping left the paper towels with a paper towel bow and the Kleenex as a flower. Really sweet and welcoming and unexpected. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Nice to have breakfast as an option. Great Job! Would definitely stay again. ”

”I stay here often and the staff is very friendly and accommodating every time. It would be nice to have updated rooms though. The decor is tired and old in many of the rooms I have stayed in but rooms are always clean. The Beekman products are really top notch. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and seated me where I could have my breakfast with my dog. I have stayed at other hotels in Ann Arbor and I still prefer to stay at the Kensington.”

”Room was in excellent conditions, arrived late and staff was really helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a family and are looking for a safe place, clean, comfy. It's really close to University of Michigan. ”
