”Have been traveling a lot, If compare this experience similar in Asia , this is big disspointment, quite costly hotel, no any WOW feelings. We was waiting 7th floor room over hour and location was just a scrap, anyway room was clean and all working "old style US" Outdoor pool at hotel was run out towels and really dirty. Restaurants was closing really early at evenings , nice to see and stay short break, but one visit was enough for us. Staff was nice and Riverside restaurant was really nice...

”The bathroom reminded me of a Motel 6 from the 90’s. It was gross. The back of the door was damaged at the bottom and the trim needs to be replaced or cleaned. I went to the doctor and found out I had pink eye because of that air conditioning unit blowing so much fur or whatever the heck it was that irritated my eyes then the room I called the front desk to get a plunger could not get a plunger. ”Miellyttävä hotelli hyvällä palvelulla ja loistavalla sijainnilla. Suuri ostoskeskus aivan kadun toisella puolella ja itse hotellikin lähellä lentokenttää. Lentokenttäkuljetus oli erinomainen ja hoitui nopeasti. Huoneemme oli hiljainen. Lisäksi huone oli uskomattoman siisti! On kuitenkin hyvä huomioida, että täysin modernia sisustusta ja tunnelmaa kaipaavalle tämä hotelli ei ehkä ole ensimmäinen vaihtoehto. ”a cancelled and delayed flight from DFW had us looking in am for a hotel for a needed rest /nap and a tv/lounge for a drink and to watch a world cup soccer game. i called and received outstanding service from staff at Aloft. they allowed early check in and opened lobby bar early for the game- even had some great food for the kitchen. manager Enrique Torres personally took care of us opening the lounge and kitchen early. and a free shuttle to from airport as well- and super comfortable...

”Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. Free shuttle to hospital & airport were great. The sundries store was pretty sparse - only 1-2 packages of candy, no wine or beer, just not much to choose from. I wish there had been a safe in the room. Everything else was great, including breakfast.”
