”Cute place tucked away on the horse ranch. Plenty of privacy, but close enough to watch the horses train. Big fenced in yard for the kiddos to run and spacious 2 bedroom with 2 separate baths. Far enough from all the hustle, but only a 15 min drive to all restaurants, Walmart, groceries, etc. Jan was very friendly and even let the kids have a quick tour of the horse barn. Would definitely stay there again. ”

”This is the cutest house in a beautiful setting. The attention to detail is excellent! The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms. It only takes a few minutes to get into the city of Cookeville. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends and will stay here again if we are in the area.
