”Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained....

”Great communication, easy self check in, clean spacious room with great sea view as described. Modern room with space utilised really well. Love the heated mirror in the bathroom! Comfortable bed and pillows (we snoozed our alarm!) Super soft towels. Tea and coffee great and nice touch with a bottle of cold water and Breakfast tray. 100% recommend and would definitely stay again!! Thank you!”

”Really enjoyable stay. Hotel and rooms have been modernised and look great, aside from a few creaky floorboards! Very quiet when we stayed (missed the nightclub by one day fortunately). Perfect location for the town, castle, river, etc. Knocked off a mark for service as there's not a lot of staff around, but you can call for help if needed (but we didn't need to as it happened).”

”Tony & Chris are fantastic hosts. They have a beautiful property decorated to a very high standard. The rooms and bathrooms are fantastic. The rooms are large and have a fridge and tea tray in the rooms. The property is in walking distance of the village and Emlyn Hotel where we were attending a wedding. ”Wonderful B&B. Last minute booking after ferry was cancelled. Family room was spacious and immaculately clean, with separate bunk bedroom.
