When I collected my bill, I saw that a glass of orange juice at breakfast juice £11. The other disappointment was the Spa which cost £70 per couple if you use it. In all hotels I have stayed in, both the above facilities were available to Guests as standard, NEVER as an additional cost.. This is particularly surprising given...

”The twin room we were allocated was small with no wardrobe and very cold. The ensuite was next door out on the corridor. We asked to be moved and had to pay an extra 40 pounds. That room was much better.”
