”The Hotel is close to the access roads to & from the M4 and A4232. Set in lovely grounds with lots of trees and foliage and a lake. Outside Veranda to sit and relax and have a drink.
Reception very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant very spacious with different sections. Bar well stocked. Staff service prompt.
Food delicious, served hot, good selection on menu. Reasonably priced.
Room large, lovely bed, clean and bright and overlooking the lake.
Massive TV. Bathroom very adequate for...

”This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience.
I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away.
My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

”A fabulous place to stay.
We were greeted with a very welcoming pot of coffee after a long journey.
We were told of things to do, places to eat but as we were going to a wedding the day after we couldn't do any walking.
The room was clean and the bed so comfortable and lovely toiletries were in the bathroom.
The breakfast the following morning was incredible, better than a lot of smart hotels we have stayed in.
I would highly recommend Mill Lodge.”

However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other.
There was no where to put a suitcase to unpack other than on the bed or the floor which was difficult for us.
The en-suite was tastefully...
