The location is absolutely amazing if you want to explore Chelsea or walk to the Nordic spa. Amazing coffee, and breakfast pastries were literally a two minute walk down the road. The room door lock had a problem with locking during our 3 night stay. The door would only lock after doing the trick with the handle multiple times. Maintenence taught us the handle trick.
The room was loud from the sound of the Ottawa transit trains.
Raw meat was being stored in the communal freezer. I informed staff and they immediately removed the raw meat.

The floors are sticky, it is very dusty and there is an accumulation of stuff that takes over. I don't usually want to give a bad review as it is someone's livelihood, but this is absolutely unacceptable as a B&B.”
