The Space:

This is a cute two bedroom one bath cottage on the corner of Highway 44 & BearMount terrace for easy access to Crystal River or to the Suncoast Parkway. The house offers two queen beds and one twin bed plus a sofa that guest can sleep on . Also has a completely back fenced in backyard with the Pergola for your outdoor activities and also parking for your boat .It has everything you need to get you started with your stay. If you’re looking for a place to hang out for a few days or a week, please check out our place.



Guest Access:

Lockbox is on the front door. Guest code is 1959.



Other Things to Note:

At this time we have a mandatory fire restrictions, so there will be no outside burning in the fire pit.

No parties are allowed

Our home allows six Guest at the max no extras are allowed without permission.

The home is about 850 sf with a large backyard.

Parking there’s enough parking behind the fence to park one vehicle or a boat and two vehicle vehicles can park in the driveway. No street parking.
