”This place is fantastic. So much to do in the house with foosball, ping pong, giant jenga and more. The sliding dock makes putting in the kayaks so easy, and you are just a few quick rows to an emu farm. Great place and would definitely recommend.”

”This property is a jewel. Interior was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed every minute we were there. The water view was totally visible from the family room area. The house was spotless when we arrived, with everything we needed for our stay. Our senior dog enjoyed the enclosed fenced yard. Can't wait to return for another visit.”

”The property was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family and our dog. The backyard is fenced but not completely secure. You will need to watch your dog. The main shower is HUGE and the remodeled bathroom is gorgeous. The only issue we had was with termites. The house definitely has them and they were beginning to swarm during our visit. The house is very close to Rainbow Springs state park so it was easy to visit multiple times during our stay. ”

”Cozy home in excellent location in Old Homosassa. Super clean and well stocked. Especially enjoyed the light show on the front yard oak tree! Spent a lot of time at porch bar watching mullet jumping and heron wading. Went to the Homosassa Wildlife State Park, ate at the Freezer and took a river ride on the Island Girl Cruise… highly recommend all. We had a wonderful time! Hope y’all can keep this beautiful place a secret ❣️”

”Although the weather was chilly for Florida. The afternoon sun warms the backyard and the dock was perfect for a couples outdoor dining. The fish were not biting but we counted 18 species of birds! Great getaway. The house is small but plenty of room to spread out and relax in the common area and the decor was spot on. Found a single serve coffee pot under the kitchen counter. Plenty of blankets and towels. The curtains were thin so adding blinds would be a good upgrade. Enjoyed our stay.”
