”This place is magical and you’d be a fool not to stay here!!! Book the I dram of Jeannie suite!! They provide everything you need! Kitchen utensils to cook. Griming tools to grill, towels, umbrellas! There is private beach access and hammocks all over the premises. Also yoga mats and beautiful art all over the property. You can’t find a better place in cocoa”

”Excelent location, felt safe, clean and cozy. Staff was kind and helpful. Definetly would come back. Please pay attention as some cottages in the property have outdoor bathrooms, so check before booking.
We stayed in Cottage #3 with has a full kitchen and private bathroom, awesome experience.”

”Like:-
1) Price was good.
2) Location was good.
3) Communication was good.
4) Room was very clean.
5) All the amenieties in the room was good.
Don't Like:-
1) Dead Coakroaches found in kitchen, sink, bathroom.
2) Insects were roaming in the bathroom.
3) Bathroom know was loose.
4) Office was closed during office hours which made us difficult to locate the facility.”

”Gabe greeted us with the full tour. Everything on the property was spotless & purposefully positioned for maximum ease & comfort. All new appliances, electronics & TV’s. Bed was extremely comfortable. Actually everything was very comfortable..
The pool was beautiful, quiet & relaxing.
Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, coolers & a FULL sized ice machine…. 😀
Good location if the drum circle is your thing. Property was close enough to restaurants. We needed the walk anyway. Free...

”Walked into our cottage, when you see sheets covering living room furniture, there is at auto air freshener sticking out of the a/c vent, and one hanging in the closet, when you go in the bathroom the ceiling is covered in mold. Did have clean sheets and towels. One positive thing was water pressure and hot water. I will never stay again ”

”His was a replacement property after my inital booking was canceled same day. I did not receive the check-in details until 1 hour after arriving. I had to call at 4:10 to ask about my check-in. I was told the property was not ready and I would have to wait was given the door code for one available. Upon entering the property, the master bedroom did not appear to have been seen. The floors were sticky and dirty. The pool was dirty and the fire detector kept going off until Maintenance came to...
