”So pleased with this property, more like a hotel than air bn&b. Toilet paper and soap in every bathroom. We had plenty of trash bags and even laundry pods. Our last rental in this park we were at the grocery store within the first day for supplies. The front door is electronic with a code, so much easier than keeping up with a key. Decor was up to date and appliances galore even though we ate out most of the stay, I would definitely recommend and plan to return in the future. ”

”Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!”

”The pool is so nice and huge BUT it is not heated and it is freezing cold! We were unable to use it during a December stay. I also had to buy Kleenex and hand soap. Other than that, the property was exactly as described. Our family of 5 had plenty of linens and towels. It was really nice of them to provide laundry soap! We also loved that they had a broom and several vacuums to keep the house tidy. Owners had a bottle of wine and Oreos waiting for us upon arrival. ”

”We always stay this neighborhood because it gives the feeling of being secluded at the beach, which is hard to find on 30A. The area is convenient to the beach, all that 30A has to offer and quick trip out to HWY 98. The house was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable! ”We enjoyed our stay in the Smith Cottage. Proximity to the beach was ideal. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops were all in walking distance.Grayton Beach is the ideal beach town. Kelly keeps the property immaculate. We appreciated the bikes, chairs, etc. for the beach and the cottage was stocked with books and games for a rainy day. We look forward to returning to Grayton Beach.”
