COZY FOR TWO on täydellinen nimi tälle suloiselle vaunurakennukselle, joka on ihanteellinen parin nopeaan lomalle. Oma sisäänkäynti - täysin erillinen päärakennuksesta ja istuu nurkka-alueella - tämä viihtyisä vaunutalo on yksityinen pieni retriitti kahdelle.


Yksi askel sisällä ja sinut ilahduttaa kaunis sisustus, täysin varustettu hyväpalkkainen keittiö, jossa on graniittiset ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Erillinen makuuhuone, joka sisältää tyynyn päälle tarkoitetun king-size-vuoteen, jossa on hyväpalkkaiset vuodevaatteet, MEDIACOM-kaapeli-TV olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa, kaunis tumman puun korkea lipasto; ja täysin vierekkäinen kylpyhuone, jossa kylpyamme / suihku. Siellä on kaksi kannet. Yksityinen, katettu parveke on oleskelutilan ulkopuolella keinutuolien, bistropöydän ja tuolien kanssa. Toinen liuskekivellä varustettu patio, jossa on pöytä ja tuolit, takorautapenkki ja kaasugrilli ovat yksityisen carraige-talon sisäänkäynnissä. Henkilökohtaiseen käyttöön tarkoitettu pesukone / kuivausrumpu sijaitsee suoja-altaan reunalla liuskekivikannen alla. Voit myös käyttää tätä aluetta polkupyörien suojaamiseen, jos haluat tuoda omat.


Nauti lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä upealta, 12 000 neliöjalkaa yhteisöuima-altaalta tai seuraa palmujen reunustamalla jalkakäytävällä yksityiselle rannalle. MERKKIVALAS 2019 -kaudelle on "SEACREST CAFE", joka tarjoaa erinomaiset ruokavalinnat uima-altaalla. Yhteisömme tarjoaa ilmaisen golfkärryt raitiovaunulla ovelta ovelle -palvelun uima-altaalle tai valkoiselle hiekkarannalle maaliskuun puolivälistä lokakuun puoliväliin. Pitkä soralla päällystetty kävely- / lenkkeilyreitti ympäröi kokonaan yhteisömme.


Kaksi risteilijäpolkupyörää toimitetaan ilmaiseksi vieraiden nautinnolle. Polkupyöräilyn harrastajat voivat ajaa ympäri viehättäviä paikallisia yhteisöjä tai Etelä-Waltonin luonnonkauneimman ajotien, County Highway 30-A vieressä, 17 mailin päässä leveillä, maastopolkuväylillä, jotka kulkevat järvien, valtion puistojen ja ranta-alueiden rinnalla. Voit vuokrata rantatuoleja ja sateenvarjo myyjältä yksityisellä rannalla tai tuoda mukanaan vain ilmaisia rantatuoleja, sateenvarjoa ja rantapyyhkeitä.


Seacrest Beach North sijaitsee suoraan Rosemary Beachin ja Alys Beachin yksinoikeusyhteisöjen välissä, nimetyllä luonnonkaunis Walton County Road 30A. Monet ravintolat, kahvilat, viinibaarit, välipalat ja ostosmahdollisuudet ovat kävelyetäisyydellä. Perjantai-iltana viininmaistelua tarjotaan usein useissa laitoksissa lähellä.


Koska hallitsemme tätä kiinteistöä suoraan itse, pystymme tarjoamaan sitä erittäin kilpailukykyisin ja houkuttelevin hinnoin. Jotta seuraavien vieraidemme tarpeeksi aikaa puhdistukseen ja valmisteluun olisi riittävästi, saapumisaika on kello 15.00 jälkeen ja lähtöpäivä klo 10 mennessä.


Olemme saaneet vierailta lukuisia erittäin suotuisia arvosteluja, eikä meillä ole koskaan ollut pettynyt vuokraajaa. The property was great. Very clean and everything worked as it should in the unit including the AC, appliances, wifi, and TVs. The host left a nice welcome gift and was easy to communicate with. We were there for the 4th of July and it was incredibly busy especially the beach area so next time we will probably try to rent chairs at the beach access to guarantee a spot on the beach. Overall the property is extremely nice for the price, the beach access was just crowded which we expected during the peak season.

Cozy for Two is so Nice. We have stayed here several times now and it’s ALWAYS great! Diane & Bernie are the sweetest couple (the owners) and we Love chatting with them while we are there. The neighborhood and pool are just wonderful, too. We even had Brand New Beach Bikes to ride this year. Thank you to Diane & Bernie for another Awesome vacation at 30A

We had never been to 30a and loved it! Cozy for Two is a great place to stay with an easy tram service to the beach and bikes provided to peddle around 30a. The hosts were available and even provided a welcome gift!:). It was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We also took advantage of the umbrella and beach chairs they provided. Highly recommend !!

Great location. Really enjoyed the stay. Carriage house was clean and well organized. Plenty of nice touches like a gift bag on arrival and plenty of supplies like trash bags, toilet paper etc. Bathroom could use some updates and the space was a little cramped with furniture. Not sure how more than 2 could stay so maybe reduce some of the extra item.

The property exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in the area several times and this was our best experience. We greatly appreciate all the little extras and the attention to detail that we found. Early morning coffee on the outside area was delightful. Pool experience was great. Cannot think of anything we would change or want. Exceptional hosts.

Diane and Bernie were so friendly and a delight. The cottage was very clean well organized and stocked. We loved having the bikes available for us to use as that’s what we used mostly to get around. The area and neighborhood was very clean and family friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We've stayed at this property four times, and plan to return next year again! It is comfortable, super clean, well appointed, a 5 min. walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the owners are fantastic! They make sure everything is top notch and are available to help when you need it. Plus there are bikes you can use and lots of beach gear (umbrella, chairs, and towels). A wonderful place!

Our stay at Seacrest Beach was absolutely wonderful. The check in process was seamless and the carriage house was very comfortable and relaxing. We loved the fact that the beach access, and restaurants were within walking distance. We met our hosts and she assured us if we needed anything, she was just a phone call or text away. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for clean quiet getaway…..

We were in the Rosemary Beach/Seacrest area with 3 other family groups. Each group had their own rental. We either walked, or rode the bikes to the beach, the shopping, and the restaurants. The cottage was so well laid out, nicely furnished, with everything we needed. Wonderful windows and a balcony above the action. We were completely happy with Cozy for Two, and it lived up to it's name. We were there the week of Christmas, and it was a little cold. Hoping we can return in milder weather. If you go, don't miss the spectacular sunsets!!

The home was complete with everything that you could expect and more. Walking distance to both the beach and local town markets. We loved the walking and biking trails. The owners even provided 2 bikes for daily use along with beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen is complete with dishes and pans for cooking and an outdoor gas grill is available. Amazing stay!

My husband and I decide to get away for this Thanksgiving. The Cozy for Two cottage was perfect. We go to Destin every summer but this was our first time in the 30A area. Diane and Bernie were very welcoming upon our arrival. They were kind enough to leave us a welcome gift filled with goodies. The cottage was stocked with things beyond the other places we have stayed. The place was peaceful and close to everything. Things were very clean and they added special touches. Detailed suggestions on things to do and local maps could also be found in the very detailed book located in the cottage. The beach and pool shuttle picks up right in front and was very easy to catch. The pool was as beautiful and just a few blocks away. Or you could take the free shuttle to the pool and/or beach. I would certainly stay here again. A special thanks to Diane and Bernie for such a lovely place!
