Also is a convenient location to the beaches and downtown Cape Coral. We lived in Fort Myers and Cape Coral before hurricane Ian so we were familiar with the area. ”We like the unit it was nice and sunny with a lot of windows, but the bathroom was tiny and there were no place to put any of our luggage or toiletries. Suggest some luggage racks and maybe some shelving outside the bathroom to store our toiletries. The leak under the shower was a nuisance that needs to be fixed or you’re gonna have problems with your flooring as some people won’t be as caring as we were and try to keep the pool of water at bay”

”We loved this house and the location! It was perfect for us! The house was very clean and well stocked with basics. It's location right along the river was just so nice - there is a big patio door and each morning we would watch the sun rise. The community dock was nice and far away enough from our house that other people being on that dock was not bothersome to us. We would highly recommend this place! ”Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good.
