”This penthouse is a great spot. It's location is just perfect, right outside the crowd of the town and yet still very close to everything we needed. The place is comfortable, clean and spacious.The property manager was very reaponsive, to the few concerns/issues we had. She was on top of everything. Like all houses, things sometimes go wrong, we had the heater in one of the bathrooms wasn't working, she right away sent the electrician and tried all she could to get it fixed. And since it was...

”This lovely villa was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well outfitted. Spacious living area and delightful porches. Felt very safe and secure. Would have appreciated better water pressure in the shower, but I also understand we were visiting a country that is working hard to control water usage. We would go back to this property any chance we had! ”

”When I want a quick Costa Rican vacation I always stay within Reserva Conchal where this unit is located. The unit is simply fantastic. It has everything you need in the house including laundry. The home was clean, the host was very responsive for the one small issue we had and overall the place was fantastic and well priced.The only thing I wish the unit had was a BBQ on the patio, but there is one at the pool which we used while we waited out the rain. Overall I would highly recommend this...

”It was a last minute check in. Tim was great, communication was good. We were allowed to check in a little early as there was no one prior to us which was nice. Place was very clean and easy to get to. We don’t walk to town as we drove down the hill and parked for 2 then walked. Pool was great, not to busy, there were a few other family’s there which was nice too. ”
