Polanco is the equivalent of the trendiest of CDMX and many nice restaurants in this area. You will not be disappointed at this boutique hotel! ”

”Comfortable place but needs deeper cleaning and some work. The shower had mold on the tile grout and the shower head was leaking. Bed was comfortable and clean. In room safe did not work either. The “breakfast” is subpar. Don’t even bother looking for it. The place is situated in a safe and walkable area. A few blocks away from cafes and restaurants. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay in the “Tequila” room at this property. We arrived to a clean and spacious area with everything we needed. It was decorated nicely and had plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, etc. The hosts were very responsive which proved to be very helpful when we were having trouble with the door codes! They quickly resolved them and checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit CDMX!!”

”Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left a valuable personal item in the room. When I contacted the hotel, I did not receive the level of assistance or resolution I expected. This situation made me feel that guest belongings are not handled with the level of care they should be. I recommend that future guests be very careful with their personal items and double-check the room before leaving. ” ”
