”AKA West Palm Beach is situated in an excellent location near downtown and Brightline train station. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic needs for even a longer stay. The complimentary grab & go breakfast was a nice surprise. Only downside was the return time of the credit card hold sum. It's now been 11 days (7 business days) since we checked out and still no return. ”

”This was by far the most outstanding experience we have ever had staying at such a magnificent hotel. The colony Hotel Palm Beach is in a class of its own. It’s pure elegance. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the well trained, courteous and lovely staff. It felt like going back in time to be greeted by name by the servers, acknowledged by the lovely women at the front desk and treated with so much respect and top hospitality by the valets. ”Easy to access location near airport. Very convenient!”

”Ok, I’m a boomer, I had difficulty with the smart keypad. Room appeared clean but floor was dirty, which I discovered when I walked in bare feet. Shower had cold water in the morning. Management was defensive when I explained my experience.”
