”I think this was a carriage house at one time. It's very small (maybe 30 ft x 30 ft), but well-stocked and has all amenities, including well-functioning air conditioning! An excellent place for solo travelers - quiet, safe, and with solid internet. Nice community for a walk. I had my little dog with me (large dogs would probably be a challenge). Delightful owner lives in a house at the front of the property. The patio, pool, and hot tub are well-kept and cozy. Would definitely stay here again. ...

”Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)”

We arrived at this property at 4pm Sunday and the AC was not working it was 79 degrees on the first floor at 83 on the second floor. By 7:30pm the house had not cooled down so we made the decision leave and to return to our house 3 min away because it was unsafe for our family with two young children & a small dog to sleep. The host was alerted & we told them we wanted to leave and be refunded. They refused to refund...
