”We had a great stay, the accommodation was comfortable and clean, the hot tub was a great feature and so relaxing.
the grounds are quiet and we were visited by some chickens too!
Perfectly located for a break from every day life, just 5 minute drive to the town and half an hour to the beach.

”This was my second stay here whilst visiting my son at Exeter University. Moto Velo is <20 mins from the Uni Campus, This place caught my eye as it allows dogs to stay at a reasonable price, much better than the ridiculous amount some of the hotels in Exeter were charging. ”A very warm welcome with great communication leading up to our stay. We used Exmoor House as a base to explore Exmoor and North Devon and really pleased to have stayed here.
