”It was easy in every way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It felt like a family. There was plenty of room in the lounge and dining area. Room was a good size. Better than Premier Inn. Free Wifi. Free breakfast. Note to Management: It might be a good idea to put a clearer sign by the toaster - DO NOT PUT CROISSANTS IN THE TOASTER.”

”Lacked charisma whilst it is a lovely building the rooms and corridors looked tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was nice but no personal touches. £10 each to use the pool was a bit poor as a resident I have never paid this surcharge in any other hotel so we didn’t bother. We booked this hotel as it was close to princesshay shopping which was about 3 mins walk perfect. £15 to park there for 24 hours seemed reasonable. ”

”A simple hotel, which is has easy access by car. Rooms were clean, service was good. They let us borrow adapters from the reception, because we didn't have our own. Breakfast buffet was ok, but it was quite noisy there (a lot of people at the same time and bad acoustics). A good hotel for a short stay. Wi-Fi worked fine.”

”Quite Excellent. from book in by Karen at reception who upgraded us - to the gym and pool staff (notably Caelan), to the restaurant staff, Joe, Cara and Eloise who provided an excellent service from the dining room - carvery and take away meals. The reception staff were always helpful (Debbie). We had a truly wonderful experience in a large and clean lodge. Minutes walk from the beach. Plenty of activities on site for both adults and children. equipment for these activities on hand and...

”We had a 2 night stay. Craig was chatty, but failed to point out a few things at breakfast on the first morning which proved a little irritating. The pool is only available for guests on certain hours, for example 6-10pm only. Also, rooms are not serviced unless you actually ask for them to be. This information was on the noticeboard but this was not pointed out, so we didn't see it. Otherwise, a nice stay, a good breakfast. Oh, and very light coloured curtains so expect to be woken early.”

”This was by far the best stay during our 7 day hike along the south west coast path from Minehead to Westward Ho!. I would give it a 5.5 out of 5, if I only could. Caroline was a wonderful host. Everything was well thought through and we felt very welcome.”
