”Everything was spot on: clean, well maintained, well equipped kitchen. There was a beautiful garden to use too. The hosts, Jon and Sara were lovely with plenty of helpful hints, advice and general information. I would certainly recommend!”

”The cottage was beautifully designed and furnished. In a beautiful location, we had the sea and rolling hills of the countryside right on our doorstep. Listening to the Tawny owls at night was amazing and the whole garden lit up by the moon. The village pub was very accommodating too serving great food. We unfortunately all fell victim to the flu so could not explore the area as much as had hoped, so we are definitely planning to return to this stunning part of the world. ”

”We booked this last minute and, given the price, I wasn’t expecting much—but I was genuinely surprised at how great our stay turned out to be. The accommodation had everything we needed, and the very good WiFi included in the price was a big bonus. The onsite restaurant served delicious, reasonably priced food, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I also have to mention the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay...

”The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.”

”Cute little cabin in a quite pretty location. Basic, but worth the money if you want a value for money private accommodation. My only comments (not complaint as these things don’t bother me). It was cold when I got there, it would have been nice if the heating could have been put on before arrival. The floor is freezing - bring slippers. The shower had a bit of a mind of its own and was either cold or red hot! It was cleanish but not perfect. And the tea tasted awful (not sure if water...
