Upon arrival I was given just my checking card and it had two different room numbers written on the card when I asked which one was to clarify the hotel manager looked at me not at his head and pointed a direction I said okay so is this number and he just nodded his head and pointed again. And then walking into the room there was dead bugs in the bed sheets cigarette Burns everywhere mildew all over the walls it was a disgusting Hotel I...

”OMG. I did not expect this to be such a hole in the ground. Everything in the room was old, dirty, rusty and musty. It even smelled bad. At least the AC worked. I expected basic accommodations, but I did not expect it to be disgusting. I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn.”

”Hotel was clean, great location to walk to shops and restaurants. We requested a top floor room, but was told that because we booked with Expedia, they could not accommodate our request because Expedia assigns the room. We book through Expedia all the time and this was the first time they would not change our room. However, we had a pleasant stay.”

”Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean,spacious,and comfortable. Most of all, we LOVED the regular size pillows rather than the tiny squares in many other hotels. We slept late and on weekdays breakfast is served till 9:30 but we missed it. Highly recommend this hotel. Lobby smelled so good I had to ask what air freshener they were using!”

”The staff stood out as everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers and the breakfast lady went out of their way to greet and ask about any concerns. The room amenities were a little disappointing, but the overall experience distanced that. I think you will pay much less than a full service hotel with their upgraded amenities, but the price difference equals or exceeds the slightly different amenities provided by a much more expensive hotel.”

”We did not get our room cleaned and when asked about it. Staff said that housekeeping clean every other day. I would have liked our room tidy up each day.”
