”Our family had a wonderful stay at Denise's property. It's in a perfect location and even had a view of the sunset from the bed! It was clean and as described on the listing. She was responsive in answering questions that arose. We loved being able to walk down and be on the beach in a matter of moments. We would certainly stay here again.”

”The property was reasonably priced and had the amenities of a home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only stayed two nights, so we did not get a chance to use the kitchen or laundry room. But, I would come back for a longer stay. Fernandina Beach has nature, shops, and great restaurants. Our group biked, ate, and had lots of cocktails! On our drive out we stopped at the local thrift stores, always fun!”

”We loved the accommodation, our only complaint was a distinct smell of someone having smoked in the room. We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. Other than that minor problem it was a perfect little getaway place”

”We've stayed in many condos in the plantation. This one definitely was 4 out of 5 stars. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it could use a little updating and the carpet might be a concern for a long term rental, but we would stay here again.”

”Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy.”

”Convenient to I-95. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious. Breakfast was ok but not as depicted in signage. Bed was comfortable but needed firmer pillows. There was a sports team staying here who returned to hotel after their win and celebrated well into the early morning hours …. Until at least 2am… in the hallway and on the front patio. I did not complain but felt like the staff should have controlled the outside situation better. ”
