”This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!”

Entire second floor reeked of skunked beer and cigarettes, dirty floors, dead bugs at the corners of the bed, CIGARETTE BURNS ON THE PILLOWS. Stains on the bedspread, stains in the tub, scuffs and stains on the toilet seat, the list goes on and on.
