”The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. ”Beds were uncomfortable and on a metal box platform that made a hollow banging noise when moving.
One of the reasons for booking this hotel was it had a pool.
When we arrived the Pool was green and unusable but it was not noted at time of booking.
Not what I expected from a hotel chain.”
