”I have stayed at this property several times already, so I’m quite familiar with the experience here. One thing to be aware of is that communication can sometimes be slow. There have been multiple occasions where I had to call but no one answered, and when I sent a message it sometimes took 30 minutes or even a few hours to receive a reply. ”Although the room wasn’t ready when we arrived (at 3:30pm), the staff were very friendly & attentive to get the room ready. The area around the whole ‘resort’, which is a term that should not be associated with this establishment is absolutely terrible… Pool area has peeling astroturf, there is unusable old equipment in the communal areas, rubbish everywhere, unsafe in every public area with broken floorboards, ‘gym’ equipment, bbq and seating area.
