”My husband, kids, and I stayed here three different times while in Cusco, including before and after an amazon trip and before and after a visit to Machu Picchu. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was well kept, spacious, and very comfortable, and the location was great for activities in the main square, celebrating Inti Raymi, and everything else we wanted to do. We were able to leave our extra bags there between visits; you generally can't take a lot into the amazon or...

”The room was very cold. There is no heating, even if mentioned so. Also, there wasn't daily cleaning as mentioned. My room was never cleaned during 5 night stay. There were also ants in the bathroom. And like others have said, the walls are made of paper, so you could hear everything very well. And the breakfest is served in an open-air space upstairs. Something positive: location was good.”
