Majatalot – Cusco

”I'm a solo traveler and the location was perfect. It's in a square next to the main square. It's where a lot of the pick ups for excursions take place. It's close to everything. The staff is very sweet and helpful. I'm so happy I stayed hear. Note, there are a lot of tourists on the streets and it feels safe. I would recommend earplugs if you are at any hotel near the main square. I will make sure I book this place for any future visits. Loved it, very charming.”

”Nice little place near the train station and 20 minutes walk from the bus terminal. The owners were very helpfull also. It is a good location in Cusco I think. There is a mini kitchen and I could leave some food in the fridge.”

”The room was very cold. There is no heating, even if mentioned so. Also, there wasn't daily cleaning as mentioned. My room was never cleaned during 5 night stay. There were also ants in the bathroom. And like others have said, the walls are made of paper, so you could hear everything very well. And the breakfest is served in an open-air space upstairs. Something positive: location was good.”

”When I got there I was told there was no room available, even though I paid it in advance, so I had to waste my time to call Expedia customer support in order for this business to put me into a room.”

”Staff never came back to me when I asked to clarify please if it was a house or a hotel. I asked that, because it says: shared bathroom. For the price I payed for the package I wanted at least my own bathroom. But they never answered to me. I didn’t stay there. I wish there were a way for a refund or something for the unpleasant experience, since because of that I booked somewhere else.”
