”The room was very cold. There is no heating, even if mentioned so. Also, there wasn't daily cleaning as mentioned. My room was never cleaned during 5 night stay. There were also ants in the bathroom. And like others have said, the walls are made of paper, so you could hear everything very well. And the breakfest is served in an open-air space upstairs. Something positive: location was good.”

”Son una ESTAFA , cuando llegamos al lugar supuestamente ellos ya no eran los dueños y no eran los dueños , pero lo más que hablamos con ellos nos dimos cuenta que si lo eran y que estaban encargados de la propiedad y que solo decidieron darle a nuestra habitación a otras personas . Si no fue que expedía nos da la opción de pagar en el lugar hubiéramos pagado dos veces . Tenga cuidado antes de hacer una reservación con este lugar en específico.”

”Amenities. It’s very dirty & cluttered with broken and misc stuff. We ended up booking an alternate accommodation because we were just not comfortable. ”

”rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer.”

”Staying here is like camping out. Lukewarm water the first dat and no water at all the second day. The family who run the place woke us up with a very loud argument. The room was dirty. TV didnt work. Lots of ants in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok. Dont stay here if you like getting a good nights rest. ”
