Located close to the fishing village of Baia di Cornino in north-west Sicily, Villa Cornino is a beautiful modern villa with a private pool and superb views of Mount Cofano. Set in a quiet residential area, the villa is a short distance from shops, restaurants and banks (4km) and just a stone’s throw away from the sea.

With the nature reserve of Mount Cofano on its doorstep and beautiful sandy beaches such as San Vito Lo Capo within driving distance, this villa is ideal for those who love nature and the sea.
Also within driving distance are towns and attractions such as Trapani, Erice, Marsala, The Egadi Islands, the Zingaro nature reserve and the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothis and Selinunte.

The 120 square meter villa develops over two levels.

GROUND FLOOR
From the entrance you find an open plan living area with comfortable seating at one end and a kitchen/diner with a table and chairs at the other end. Next to the living area there is a bathroom (with shower) and utility room.

LOWER FLOOR
The lower floor is accessed via stairs from the living area. It consists of 2 double bedrooms (with double beds), 1 twin bedroom (with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with bathtub, and 1 bathroom with shower with access from outside only.

The outside is composed of a private swimming pool (12 m x 6 m; depth 1.2 m - 2.7 m; Open 01/04 - 31/10) surrounded by a large terrace and small garden. You will also find a covered veranda (with dining table and chairs) for Al fresco dining and a barbecue area.
