Elevator capacity is horrible. Every day a major wait. Luggage storage too. Had to wait nearly 30 min to store luggage at departure. Great bar staff! Wish they would open earlier.

We loved our stay here. The staff was so wonderful! (Mary Luz at the Starbucks was so sweet!) and the food was fresh and delicious.
