”The property was just what we needed for our overnight stay. The only issue was the thermostat batteries were dead, it was 11pm when we contacted the host, Carmen replied promptly and Mike followed up with a phone call. We ended up removing batteries from the AC remote and put them in the thermostat. Who would have thought heat would be necessary in August. ”

”We checked in a day later and Denise met us to walk us through the property. Overall everything at the property was acceptable, any small issues we were able to resolve with Denise very easily. It’s on a somewhat busy road but it’s a nice neighborhood and we felt safe leaving our work equipment here. Denise is very communicative. ”

The property was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. All the rooms were nicely decorated and I felt very comfortable the entire time. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Cleveland and I would recommend it to my friends and family as well.”
