”This property was unique for its depressing location, the utter inattention to physical maintenance of the property, and the feeling that you were in a seedy hotel which had just barely emerged from a recent brush with human trafficking networks. The overall vibe was depressing.”

”You get what you pay for. Was pleasantly surprised by the food at the hotel bar. Lovely bartender/ server as well.”

”Not sure if they were short staffed but the check-in process was a mess. There were many people that sat and waited for rooms to be cleaned and available. Eventually, we were given a key to our second room only to find out that someone was already in there. Also, this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at for quite some time that didn’t offer complementary coffee in the lobby. On the positive side, it was a clean hotel with comfortable beds.”

”Exactly what I would expect from a Fairfield. Quiet, comfortable beds. Nice quick breakfast. One irritation is that the television was a pain to use.”

”I love the room that I had. Lots of space. The room was supposed to sleep 3 but it had a simple couch not a sleeper sofa the add said. My son had to sleep on the cushions. Also the shower curtain was missing. The maintenence man took care of the curtain and brought us extra towels. He was the best. I brought these shortfalls up to the shift supervisor and they credited me for a 50% refund.”

”The room was very clean and nice and chilled for the weather extreme hot temperatures that were happening while I was there for 24 hours. The staff was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend The Westin there in downtown Cleveland. The only complaint I can honestly say was that the room service food I ordered arrived all cold. They said it would arrive to my room in 20 minutes, which it did arrive within that time. 3 carne asada tacos, rice and beans, corn. All cold. I was too tired to have...

”The property is a little dated but other wise clean, no bed bugs, nice pool and comfortable bed. I wish the pool had longer hours but I did enjoy it while I was there. I would stay here again.”
