”The resort was nice and clean. Friendly front desk employees but the restaurant employees could use some customer service training. I honestly booked this resort basic on the description of the location. It was walking distance to the boardwalk so I was thinking perfect its by more restaurants and shopping. The so call "boardwalk " is a ghost town. Maybe 4 stores and a lot of empty buildings. My husband and I was very disappointed. So DO NOT GO TO BOSSIER CITY unless you just want to gamble...

”I would’ve rated everything excellent but the property was under going renovation and it was a bit loud and dusty! The lady who made the cookies for the front desk, made sure we had an abundance of chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies. She went out of her way to make them for us.”

The bathroom light was failing, the tub floor had no slip-preventing pad or stickers on it, and the curtain rod was hung crooked and hanging by a thread. Wyndham needs to look into the management and demand changes, because this is not up to their standards. Not even close.”
