Stayed three nights and housekeeping, never cleaned my room. Went to their casino try to play roulette. The dealer told me without a players card, there would be a one dollar fee for each spin I played. You can’t get a card without ID and my ID was up in the room. Pool was closed.

We didn’t receive the code to get in until I texted the management number. After waiting for 20 minutes, we were able to get in. There are not many supplies provided. The mattresses in the downstairs bedrooms could have been more comfortable. All else was excellent. Enjoyed the decor, art work and books. The views were amazing.
