Olimme kaikkeen erittäin tyytyväisiä. Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella erinomaista ja kaikki toimi todella hyvin. Huone oli tosi siisti, mukava ja tilava. Aamiainen myös oli erittäin hyvä. Voin todella suositella tätä hotellia paljon Aasiassa matkanneena.

Henkilökunta 6/5
Hotellille lentokentältä noin 10min matka (noin 6 euroa) joten hotellin sijainti enemmän kuin loistava. Hotelli sijaitsee rannalla jossa tosin sijaitsee varmaankin 50% koko kaupungin hotelleista. Ravintolatarjonta hotellin lähistöllä todella kattava ja suosittelenkin käymään vaikka joka kerta eri paikassa syömässä. Meillä oli aluksi superior huone, mutta reissun puolivälissä upgradettiin Premier huoneeseen josta oli merinäköala ja se kannatti. Ensimmäisessäkään huoneessa ei ollut vikaa, mutta kaipasimme parveketta ja sitä, että aamuisin sai istua parvekkeella ja paistatella auringossa. Suosittelen siis, että ottaa kerralla kunnon huoneen kun sinne lomalle suunnistaa. Hotelli yleisesti hyvässä kunnossa ja kattoterassilta mahtavat näköalat kaupunkiin ja siellä monena iltana katseltiinkin auringonlaskua. Erikoismainonta hotellin henkilökunnasta joka palveli 6/5 ja tästä iso plussa!

Mieti kahdesti
Hotelli itsessään oli jo hieman kulahtanut ja pieni homeen haju leijaili ilmassa. Tämä johtunee varmasti siitä, että ilman kosteus on jatkuvasti korkea. Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella erinomaista. Merinäköalakin oli parvekkeelta loistava, mutta se, että kyseisellä alueella ei ole hotellin ovien ulkopuolella minkäänlaisia fasiliteetteja vievät kyllä kaikki plussapisteet miinukselle. Lisäksi hotellin ulkopuolella puhutaan hyvin harvassa paikassa Englantia. Myöskin kannattaa miettiä, kyseistä kaupunkia kahdesti jos haluaa nauttia lämpimästä säästä, sillä sitä ei tuolla juurikaan ole. Mereltä puhaltava kylmä tuuli menee kyllä luihin ja ytimiin. Mutta sääolosuhteet ja ja puuttuvat palvelut eivät luonnollisestikaan ole hotellin vika.

I had an amazing experience. Friendly helpful employees, always go out of their way to assist. The rooftop view and bar is incredible, and from the pool one have 180 degree views of the beach and activities 20 stories below. Highly recommended and the free breakfast is awesome.

I loved staying at this hotel, the beach view and the balcony was amazing. The staff were super friendly too. If I had one complaint, it would be the bathroom - there was no sealant around the bath so the water from the shower would just go across the bathroom floor. A little bit strange but wouldn’t stop me from staying agai.

Excellent location as it’s next to the beautiful Mỹ Khê beach, with a lot of highly rated food options available within walking distance. However, the flooring in my room was not in the best condition as it will sink slightly when walking past, and a part of the laminate is starting to show signs of peeling, but I’m sure it will be fixed before the next occupant! Overall, the experience at the hotel is amazing as the receptionists are extremely welcoming and friendly!

Room was clean, staff was friendly. The bellman Mike was exceptionally friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable. Ocean view was amazing. Hotel location convenient to restaurants. The decor was a little dated and the tub/shower was unusual. You had to step up into the tub to take a shower. There was loud music playing every night until about midnight.

This was probably the most hospitable place we've stayed in Vietnam so far. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We took advantage of the spa services more than once on our one night stay, the massages were fantastic. The views at the hotel are unmatched and the location is great for walking around to the beach and nice restaurants. The hotel offers money exchange(and a good rate) which was incredibly convenient for us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Da Nang for a short or longer visit!

Very nice hotel. Great rooftop pool, and literally across the road from the beach. Breakfast had lots of options. My only complaint was the pool wasn’t heated, and since we went in December when it was rainy, it was too cold to use the pool (or the beach). If the pool water was warmer we’d have swam there. Otherwise no complaints.

This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Staff are all kind and helpful. I stayed 2 nights at Ocean premier double room. Unfortunately, the weather was miserable during my stay but still I could enjoy excellent ocean front view in my room. One more thing I’d like to share my experience is Ms. Lisa prepared my birthday cake even I didn’t tell anything and it was so impressed! I’ll definitely come back to this hotel when I come to Da nang next time.
