Our stay at Eden started good with a room upgrade, but it turned out the room had some plumbing issues. It reaked with sewage, so bad that when coming back from dinner we asked to change rooms. Hotel manager claimed there weren't other rooms available (although lots were availble online) and that we could maybe change in the morning... after insiting she join us up to the room to smell for herself, she immediately turned in the room and said we could change rooms. The new room was a family room and fine, but the walls and doors were so thin that EVERYTHING happening in neighboring rooms and the hallway was heard loudly. With so much noise, we barely got any sleep during our stay.
The breakfast buffet was horrible with oily, raw fried eggs and little to choose from for Western food.
Location is good along the beach and not far from a good beach bar (Library), and restaurants. But I would definately not recommend this hotel.
Staff was friendly and greeting. But the hotel managers need to follow up the satisfaction of their guests and not lie.
Hotel needs to fix plumbing and smell, and invest in thicker doors... for now, choose another hotel.
