員工非常有禮貌，而且樂於助人。早餐有3間餐廳可選。房間整潔乾淨，沙灘及泳池也非常乾淨。員工非常貼心，在我提出想帶點簡單食物給房間生病的家人時，非常熱心地提出再拿一點粥並幫我送到房間給病人。check in 及 check out也有welcome drick，而且可選，非常貼心！絕對會推薦及再訪的渡假村！

We stayed at the Grandvrio as part of a 4 day stay in the Danang area, with 2 days in Hoi An proper and 2 days here at the Grandvrio. In retrospect, given how relatively inexpensive it is to get from the beachfront Grandvrio into Hoi An, I would say I probably would opt to stay the entire time at the Grandvrio if we were to return. Put simply, as a beachfront resort, this property checks all boxes. The facilities are new and modern, with multiple dining options, a kids pool, and arguably the best, deepest, nicest main hotel pool I have experienced. Better than the pictures. Just beyond the pool, a strand of palms and hammocks leads to a lovely private beach. This is also where they serve the included breakfast (made-to order eggs, pastries, fresh fruit). Our 10 yr old son was very excited that they had a basketball court, and our daughter loved the playground. The staff here is wonderful and extremely attentive. We were welcomed with cocktails and cold towels at check-in, and the staff gathers at the front door to see you off at check-out. Would stay at this property again, no question.

3泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。ダナンにもホイアンにもタクシーで30分ほどで行けるので便利なロケーションだと思います。 まずはスタッフの方々がとても親切におすすめのお店や観光スポットなどを教えてくれました。どのスタッフの方々も作業中でも手を止めて挨拶してくださり、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。部屋もとても綺麗で毎日の清掃も行き届いていていました。チェックアウト後、バックを預かってくださり、観光に行くことができました。そしてなんとチェックアウト後にもかかわらずお風呂に入ることができてとても快適に帰国することができます。 最後に総支配人ををはじめ日本語ができるスタッフの方々とてもお世話になり、ありがとうございました（支配人さんがいつでもいらっしゃるので過労が心配です笑）。 また来る際は宿泊したいと思います！

まずスタッフの皆さんのサービスが素晴らしいです！日本の方、日本語が堪能なベトナムの方が常駐してくださりとても助かりました。 ホテル内を歩いているとすれ違うスタッフの皆さんが笑顔で挨拶をしてくださりとても気持ちが良かったです。 朝ごはんも3つのレストランから会場を選べるようになっており、それぞれ違う雰囲気で毎朝楽しめました。 ダナンシティからは少し離れていますがホテルが無料のシャトルバスを出してくれていたので不便は感じませんでした。ホイアンへもバスを出してくれています！ チェックアウトは12時ですが、フライトが深夜便であることを伝えると観光を終えたら出発前に大浴場を利用させてくださり、とても嬉しかったです。 あとウェルカムドリンクの赤ワインがとても美味しかったです♪

スタッフのひとりひとりがレベルが高く、おもてなし感が半端ない。 支配人の人柄もよく教育が徹底されている。 また泊まりたいと思えるホテル。 ホテルの外はローカルでおすすめ出来るところはないが、ホテルの中でゆっくり過ごすには最適なホテル。 ダナン市街、ホイアンに行きたい時は無料のバスが出てるので両方行く計画を立ててる方には立地も良いと思います。 市街地のガチャガチャしてる所が好きな人には向かないかも。 私たちはとにかくゆっくりとのんびりしたかったので最高の滞在になりました。

Excellent resort and perfect for families with little kids. Multiple pools easy access to beach and has 3 restaurants. The only negative is it’s on the resorts row so can not go anywhere outside of the hotel unless you take a taxi, which is available and somewhat cheap. Near golf courses.

Everything about this resort is beyond superb! Excellent service, beautiful property, spa and massage was amazing and breakfast had a wide selection of variety. Free access to 3 pools, Japanese bath, gym and kids club activities, private beach pool as well as free shuttle bus to Hoi An and Danang city was very convenient. Staffs and cleaning service was outstanding. Definitely would recommend and planning to come back again!

You must book this hotel if you visit in Da nang. In terms of every ways(i mean everything including customet service, food, and condition of everything) it would not be complaining at all. Which means all good and excellent. No matter what you imagine, it is beyond your expectation.

I've been living in Ho Chi Minh City for three years now, and I recently experienced the most excellent hotel service across all of Vietnam. While the significant price discounts made it feel cost-effective, the service mindset of this hotel is something even luxury hotels should learn from. The staff, who brightly smile and stop their tasks to greet guests every time I pass through the hotel lobby, along with the pristine and clean facilities, truly amazed me. Even during the off-peak times when the restaurant was empty, all the food ingredients were fresh and delicious. Above all, the man who seemed like the head of the hotel welcomed us at 11:30 PM when we arrived. He was rushing to open the door, saying, 'Welcome back,' and even assisting with our luggage, waving goodbye as our taxi drove away when we left the hotel after checking out the next morning. It was incredibly touching. The hotel's elegance doesn't come from flashy decorations or good amenities, but rather from its clean upkeep and exceptional customer service, setting an exemplary standard. There's a wide variety of hotels in Da Nang, from luxurious pool villas to boutique accommodations. This was my third visit Danang, and it left the best impression on me. Its location between Da Nang and Hoi An allowed me to travel between both places conveniently. Thanks to the hotel's friendly staff, I had a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you

スタッフのホスピタリティーがすばらしいです。笑顔溢れるベトナム人スタッフだけでなく、日本人のスタッフがきめ細かく、色々とケアをしてくださり、とても快適に過ごすことができました。ベトナムにいながら日本のスタイルの大浴場があり日本人にはとても寛げますし、ヨガやスパなどの室内アクティビティーも充実しています。ダナンとホイアンのちょうど間に位置しており、少し不便かと思ったのですが、毎日シャトルバスが運行しているのでどちらの観光も十分に楽しむことができました。あいにく滞在中ずっと雨でビーチやプールが楽しめませんでしたが、そんなことを忘れさせてくれるとても素敵なホテルでした。将来また行きたいと思います。大変お勧めです。

スタッフの笑顔に癒されました
コロナの影響で宿泊客が少ない中とてものんびりと滞在させていただきました。いつもスタッフの方が笑顔で挨拶してくださるのでベトナムが好きになりました。日本人のスタッフの方もいらしたので細かいリクエストにも応じていただけました。 朝食も麺類があって美味しかったです。夕食は美味しかったですがもう少し安いと助かります。 無料のアオザイのレンタルで無料のシャトルバスでホイアンまで行ってきました。これもいい思い出です。 大浴場もあるのも日本人にはいいかもしれません。部屋のバスタブも十分広かったのですが。大浴場にはお水とクレンジング、化粧水や乳液がないので持参されるといいと思います。 お部屋には無料のペットボトルの水もあります。 部屋も広くて快適。ビーチにハンモックもあってお昼寝しました。 またダナンに行く際には泊まりたいと思います。

Tenu par un management japonais, nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le personnel très respectueux et à l écoute. Literie au top. Nous étions en saison du Corona virus ce qui a malheureusement limité les choix au restaurant. Néanmoins la gestion du virus à été parfaitement maîtrisee.

大浴場が快適‼️毎晩入ってました。チェックアウト後も利用でき、支配人さん自ら、ぜひ入って帰ってくださいと言ってくれるほど❗️深夜便だったので、サッパリして帰ることができました。お部屋も綺麗。アクティビティも時間を過ぎてましたが、快く参加させて頂けたりととても快適に過ごせました。シャトルバスやタクシーGrabなどを使えば市街地から離れてる不自由も感じませんでした。

初めてのダナン女3人旅行で宿泊しました。この値段で、こんなに色々してもらっていいのか？！という感じで、ダナン宿泊であれば絶対にオススメです。部屋は広く清潔で、ベランダにはゆりかごのようなイスがありました。アメニティはエルメスなど有名ブランド3種類から選べました。ダナン市内やホイアンへの無料シャトルバス、綺麗な大浴場（夜0時までok）、毎朝3つのレストランの朝食を選べる（アジアンダイニングのビュッフェ、日本食、洋食）、アオザイの無料レンタル（翌朝返却ok）、プールサイドでの無料フットマッサージなど、至れり尽せりでした。また、トヨフクさんという日本人の支配人の方が本当に親切で、いつも私達のことを気にかけて下さりました。観光地への所要時間や交通手段を教えて下さったり、タクシーに乗る際に最初に値段交渉をして下さいました。ホテルスタッフの方もいつも笑顔でサービスして下さりました。日本語が通じる方がいるだけで安心感がありますが、これらのホスピタリティあふれるおもてなしで、良い旅が出来ました。ぜひ、また来たいです！

서비스는 정말좋아여 볼때마다 신짜오~해주시고 룸상태도좋고 전화도안했는데 수건이랑 물도 막퍼다주시구여 조식도 진짜맛나요 수영장이나 해변에 사람도없어여 근데 가격이 좀비싼듯합니다. 그게흠이라면 흠이에여. 전프리미엄 스위트에 세금포함 1박에50정도 줬는데 모든게 훌륭했지만 가격대비에 괜찮은지는 좀의문이에여

가족 동반 숙소로는 최고
일본계 리조트라 그런지 직원들이 매우 친절하고, 모든 시설들이 청결하다. 조식도 아이들과 먹기에 좋으며, 해변도 바로 인접해 있고 내부 수영장이나 샤워시설도 접근성이 좋아 리조트 안에서 대부분 모든 활동을 다 할 수 있어서 가족이 머물기엔 매우 훌륭했다.

支配人の対応がとても良く、滞在中は何一つとして困ることがなく、大変満足しています。 夕食に和食レストランにお邪魔させてもらいましたが、小さい子供の食事にも気を使って頂き、子供連れの旅行でも安心して滞在することが出来ました。 是非次回も宿泊させてもらいます。

Resort is beautiful, staffs are excellent. Room is nice and clean and breakfast buffets are very good. We love the Bukari restaurant and had a good dinner there. But we had to rent a float for our children at the pool which we feel it is not fair and our Bbq dinner set menu was very poor quality and quantity, foods were so so and feel over charge
