Feel free to use your entire villa for your vacation. Make your stay awesome by cooking some food, enjoy the pool and breezy atmosphere in our home!

Other things to note
1. Due to Vietnam Regulations, all guests must be registered to the TEMPORARY RESIDENCE REGISTRATION system, so please send us photos of your Passports and Visa/entrance stamps during check-in. Your information is CONFIDENTIAL and will not be shared.

2. We also provide pick-up service, bbq service/food delivery upon your request.
・Any other tours and services that you need, please contact us 24/7.

3. TOWELS
・We supply 01 towel/per guest. If possible please wash them and hang them to dry after use. If the weather is not sunny, we will change towels every 2 days.
・Please do not use towels for cleaning make-up, or wipe the dirt, or water on the floor. Any damaged or stained towel will be charged 150,000 VND/towel.

If you want to buy food/stuff yourselves, please go to Lotte Mart to buy stuff and store them in the fridge.


4. LATE CHECK-OUT
・Please remind that our checkout time is 11 am.
・Late check-out from 1 to 2 hours is charged for 50% of the nightly rate.
・Late check out from 3 to 7 hours is charged for 100% of the nightly rate.
・Late checkout is NOT AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME, please ask us in advance.
